This situation is not commensurate with China's status as a major agricultural country, and is incompatible with the demand for high-quality agricultural development. It is urgent to strengthen the foundation, cultivate excellent enterprises, purify the market, and make breakthroughs at the frontier. We will make up for our shortcomings and strengths and weaknesses in other aspects, and promote the revitalization of the seed industry to achieve new results.
