The General Administration of Customs recently released a new batch of convenience measures for AEO enterprises (advanced certified enterprises), that is, on the basis of the original 28 management measures, 17 convenience measures in four aspects, including "two reductions and two increases", have been added, and the development of foreign trade in Inner Mongolia has received policy support again.
The newly added convenience measures focus on reducing the frequency of inspection and supervision, reducing the number of on-site inspections, and further reducing the inspection ratio. At the same time, relying on the construction of "smart customs", AEO enterprises are helped to improve operating efficiency, reduce trade costs, and further stimulate the vitality of business entities. According to statistics from Hohhot Customs and Manzhouli Customs, there are currently 28 AEO enterprises in the autonomous region. As of the end of April this year, these 28 AEO enterprises contributed 17.6% of the import and export value of the autonomous region with a proportion of 0.9% of the number of import and export enterprises. As enterprises with the highest customs credit rating, AEO enterprises can not only enjoy a series of preferential management measures such as customs priority clearance and designated liaison officers, but also enjoy joint incentive measures signed by more than 40 ministries and commissions of the country.
Since the beginning of this year, Hohhot Customs has innovatively adopted the joint credit cultivation method of "leading enterprises with enterprises", actively connected with the autonomous region's characteristic foreign trade enterprises such as energy and chemical, agricultural and food products, and biomedicine, understood the needs of enterprises, and continuously improved the credit management level of enterprises through "online Q&A + field research", and fully released the credit policy dividends. We will continue to strengthen credit cultivation efforts, focus on cultivating specialized and new enterprises, the autonomous region's advantageous industries and related foreign trade enterprises, and accelerate the expansion and quality improvement of AEO enterprises.
